These are the terms on which Levels Custom Apparel (“we”, “us”) sell garments and accessories through this website. Placing an order means you accept these terms, so please read them.

How the contract is formed

Adding an item to your basket is an enquiry. Submitting the checkout and paying is your offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and, where applicable, when we have approved your artwork for production. Until both of those happen we may decline the order — for example, if a price was mistakenly listed, an item is out of stock, or your artwork is not something we can lawfully reproduce.

Pricing and tax

Prices on the site are in pounds sterling. Where VAT is charged, the amount is shown at checkout and on your invoice. We are not currently VAT-registered; once we are, this page will be updated and our VAT number will appear on every invoice.

We do our best to keep prices accurate. If a price is wrong by an obvious mistake, we will contact you before processing your order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Approved business accounts can also pay by invoice on Net 30 terms — production starts once the purchase order is acknowledged.

Your artwork

You confirm that any logo, photo or text you supply for decoration is yours, that you have permission to use it, and that producing it on garments does not break anyone else’s rights or any law. We may refuse to print or embroider artwork that infringes a trademark, is obscene, or breaches advertising standards. You keep all rights in your artwork; we use it only to fulfil your order and keep it on file so you can re-order.

Production and delivery

Lead times shown on the product page are typical, not guaranteed. Customised orders begin once we have a clear artwork proof, your blanks have arrived, and any outstanding payment is in. See our delivery information page for current carriers, timings and costs.

Returns, faults and cancellation

Most of what we sell is bespoke (printed or embroidered to your specification). Under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you do not have the normal 14-day right to cancel a bespoke item once production has started. Plain blanks ordered without decoration are returnable in line with the 14-day rule. Either way, your statutory rights when goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are unaffected. Our liability

If we cause you loss by breaking these terms or by negligence, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for any business loss (lost profit, business interruption, lost opportunity), or for events outside our reasonable control (carrier delays, supplier shortages, severe weather).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, abuse our staff, or place fraudulent orders.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we do with your personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, or in the Scottish or Northern Ireland courts if you live there.

Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the website on the day you placed it. Significant changes are flagged with a notice on this page.
