Returns Policy

Most items in our shop are made to order — printed, embroidered or transfer-decorated to your specification. That changes what we can and can’t accept back, so this page is split between bespoke and undecorated items. Your statutory rights when goods are faulty or mis-described are not affected.
Bespoke (decorated) items
Bespoke items include anything we have printed or embroidered for you, anything supplied to a non-standard size, and anything mixed-and-matched into a kit number you specified. Under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke items are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once production has started. That includes the moment your artwork is approved or blanks have been called off, whichever is earlier.
We can still help if something is wrong. We will refund or replace a bespoke item that is:
- faulty when it arrives;
- not what you ordered (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong garment, decoration in the wrong position);
- materially different from the artwork proof you signed off.
Get in touch within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will sort it out.
Undecorated items (plain blanks)
For plain stock — blanks ordered with no decoration — you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send them back. They must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We will refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery cost. The cost of sending them back is yours unless the item is faulty or mis-described.
How to return something
- Email info@levelscustomapparel.com with your order number, the items you are returning, and photos if something is wrong.
- We will reply with the return address and any reference you need to put on the parcel.
- Send the goods back well-packaged. We recommend a tracked service — until they reach us, the parcel is your responsibility.
- Once we have received and inspected the items, we will refund or replace within 14 days.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 working days. Invoice (Net 30) refunds are credited to your account and applied against the next invoice, or paid by bank transfer if you prefer.
