Delivery Information

We dispatch from Somerset using Royal Mail, Evri and DPD depending on parcel size and destination. The carrier and price for your order are calculated live at checkout once you enter a postcode.

Production time

Bespoke orders need time to decorate before they ship. The typical timeline is:

• Plain blanks (no decoration): dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.
• Embroidery up to 50 garments: usually 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval.
• Print up to 50 garments: usually 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval.
• Larger orders or multi-position decoration: we will give you a date when we confirm your artwork.

The clock starts on the day we have your artwork approved and any outstanding payment in. We will email when your order leaves our workshop.

Delivery time and cost

• UK mainland: 1 to 3 working days once dispatched. Cost shown at checkout; free over £100 for standard delivery.
• UK Highlands and Islands: 2 to 5 working days; a surcharge may apply for larger parcels.
• Ireland and EU: 3 to 7 working days; cost shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any import duty or tax due on arrival.
• Rest of world: contact us for a quote.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us we will email a tracking link. You can also see live status in your account at any time.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the parcel, please check with neighbours and your local sorting office first. Royal Mail consider a UK parcel missing after 10 working days from dispatch; couriers vary but most are 3 to 5. Tell us straight away if a parcel arrives damaged — keep the packaging and email a photo so we can claim with the carrier and get a replacement out.
